He has personally managed hundreds of property sales ranging from private residential homes to multi-million dollar commercial assets. His extensive background in municipal real estate allows him to provide students with unique insights into property law, highest-and-best-use (HBU) analysis, and the intricacies of Florida’s regulatory environment. Matthew is dedicated to ensuring every student graduates with both the technical knowledge to pass the state exam and the practical skills to thrive in the field.
