14-Hour Mandatory Cycle: The “Compliance Package”

Every two years, following your initial post-licensing period, Florida requires a total of 14 hours of continuing education to maintain an active license. We offer a comprehensive “all-in-one” package that streamlines this process, ensuring you meet every state-mandated category in one enrollment.

The Mandatory Package Includes:

3-Hour Core Law: Essential updates on the latest Florida legislative changes, including recent modifications to the Florida Real Estate License Law (Chapter 475).
3-Hour Ethics & Business Practices: A deep dive into the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Code of Ethics and professional standards to help you navigate complex “gray areas” in modern transactions.
8-Hour Specialty Credits: High-value elective content focusing on current market trends, property management, and strategic marketing techniques.

A La Carte Courses: Specialized Learning

Do you already have some credits but need to finish a specific requirement? Or perhaps you want to gain a deeper understanding of a specific niche? Our A La Carte menu allows you to pick and choose individual modules based on your professional interests.

Available Specialized Topics Include:

Florida-Specific Disclosure Law: Navigating the legalities of property condition reports and material facts.
Escrow & Trust Account Management: Critical training for brokers and associates on handling earnest money deposits correctly.
Residential & Commercial Investment Modeling: Learning how to calculate ROI and Cap Rates for your investor clients.

Reactivation Education: Restoring Your Status

If you miss a renewal deadline, your license is likely in Involuntary Inactive status. Depending on how long it has been since your last renewal, Florida requires specific reactivation education to bring your license back to good standing.

12 Months or Less: If your license has been inactive for less than 12 months, you can typically reactivate it by completing the standard 14-hour CE cycle and paying the late fees.
13 to 24 Months: If your license has been inactive for more than a year but less than two, you must complete a mandatory 28-Hour Reactivation Course.
Warning: Beyond 24 months, a license officially becomes Null and Void, and the entire pre-licensing process must be repeated.
