In Florida, failure to complete this requirement results in your license becoming null and void, requiring you to start the entire pre-licensing process from Day 1.

The Far/Bar Contract Deep-Dive: Gain absolute proficiency in the state’s primary sales contracts, including common addenda, contingencies, and critical timelines.
Finance & Closing Processes: Understand modern mortgage options, the role of the title company, and how to guide your client through a seamless closing.

Broker Post-License (60 Hours)

Requirement: Mandatory for all newly licensed Brokers before their first renewal.

Advancing to a Broker license is a significant step into leadership and liability management. Our 60-hour post-license curriculum focuses on the two pillars of brokerage success: operational management and sophisticated investment analysis.

o Tax Implications: Study how capital gains, 1031 exchanges, and depreciation impact your clients’ portfolios.
